1. Data controller
SimplifideNET LTD, a company registered in Ireland, is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with our website and the ScoreCenter platform. For personal data you process as our customer using the platform (e.g. your own site's users), you are the controller and we act as your processor under our agreement.
2. What we collect
- Account data: name, email, company, login credentials.
- Billing data: plan, transactions and partial card details handled by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers).
- Usage & technical data: IP address, device/browser, pages viewed, and diagnostics.
- Cookies & analytics: set only with your consent — see our Cookies Policy.
- Communications: messages you send us (support, demo requests, email).
3. How we use it & legal bases
- To provide the Service and manage your account — performance of a contract.
- Billing and fraud prevention — contract and legitimate interests.
- To improve and secure the Service — legitimate interests.
- Transactional emails (account, billing, security) — performance of a contract.
- Service updates and newsletter about ScoreCenter and similar services — soft opt-in under Article 13(2) ePrivacy / Article 21(2) LSSI (you may object or unsubscribe at any time, see section 4).
- Analytics and marketing cookies — your consent (withdrawable at any time).
- To meet legal obligations (e.g. tax, accounting) — legal obligation.
4. Email communications
We send two kinds of email tied to your account:
- Transactional emails — account activation, password resets, security alerts, billing receipts and other notices necessary to operate your account. You cannot opt out of these while your account is active; they are sent to perform the contract.
- Service updates and newsletter — product news, releases, improvements and occasional offers about ScoreCenter and similar services. These are sent under the soft opt-in regime of Article 13(2) ePrivacy and, in Spain, Article 21(2) LSSI-CE, because we collected your email in the course of providing a service to you and you were informed at signup. We keep a record of the version, exact copy, timestamp and IP of the notice you accepted, so we can demonstrate the basis on request.
You can opt out of the newsletter at any time from Settings → Email preferencesin your account, by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or by writing to hello@scorecenter.io. Opting out does not affect transactional emails or your subscription.
5. Sharing & sub-processors
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the platform, under appropriate agreements. These include:
- Payments — our payment processor (e.g. Stripe).
- Hosting & CDN — our infrastructure providers (e.g. Cloudflare).
- Analytics & advertising — set only with consent (e.g. Google).
- Email — transactional email providers.
- Sports data — our data feed providers.
We do not sell your personal data.
6. International transfers
Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
7. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above — for the life of your account and thereafter as required for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes — then delete or anonymise it.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access, rectify or erase your personal data;
- restrict or object to processing;
- data portability;
- withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing);
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

9. Security
We use technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring) to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you and the authorities of breaches where required.
10. Children
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
11. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be notified by reasonable means and take effect as stated above.
